CSI Recreation Center offers Drop-In Fitness Classes

Sign Up for Drop-In Fitness Classes going on now through the end of the Spring semester
Classes include Circuit Training with High Intensity Interval Training, Hatha Yoga, Spinning, Cardio + Weights, Barre Connnect, Pound Cardio Jam, Bike N Bar, Refit, Social Dance and Restorative Yoga.
Classes are generally an hour long and are taught at various times ranging from early morning to late afternoon and evening.
Drop-In Fitness Classes are free for students and anyone with a CSI Rec Center Membership and $3 for the general public
